The tech came the next day. He was on time and nice. I told him the problem and he said "worst case will be a new motor". I thought - I have to buy a new motor. However, it turned out that the motor just needed some calibration. No new motor needed! Thank you for being honest.

Called late one evening when our garage door quit working and was surprised someone answered and set an appointment up asap. The day of the appt, I was given a heads up that they were running behind schedule and a ETA when they would be there. The technician, Alex, was informative and professional.
