The techs showed up after calling me to let me know they were coming early, and they were very personable. I am pleased that one of the men was the same one who came several years ago, as that makes me know your company must treat your workers well. They serviced the door and all equipment associated with it. I feel more confident now that the door will continue to work well.

When I called Precision about a broken garage door spring they gave a time frame of a couple hours later. Shortly afterward I received a call from Corey saying he was running early and could he come earlier than the time frame. He did and first thoroughly explained all my options before he started the necessary repairs. Corey was very pleasant and enjoyable as he worked on my door. It was a pleasure to have him on the job. I will certainly recommend Precision to anyone looking for garage door repair.

My first encounter with Garage door that wouldn't go down or come up. I didn't know who to call. Goggled Precision and the lady that answered phone was very nice and helpful. Hayden called me and came out. Very nice gentlemen. Explained what was going on with door. Give me options. I agreed to just get door working for today and I would get back to him for further replacing motor I appreciate honesty. Again thanks for you help!
