I called Precision Door when my garage door wouldn’t open. I made an appointment for the next day in the afternoon. The receptionist very kindly called me later and offered a morning appointment. The technician, Collin, was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He described the inspection he would do and afterwards shared the problem. He showed me the broken spring and described other parts that should be replaced. He also shared the cost of replacing the parts and the total estimate of the repairs. At our previous home, Precision made an 'urgent' service call and installed a garage door opener the next day. This time, after recently purchasing a different home, I realized that we had the loudest, squeakiest, clunkiest garage door in the neighborhood.
