After hours call was answered very quickly by a "Live" person who promptly and courteously gathered my information and assured me that she would have a "knowledgeable and efficient technician" out to me next day at 2PM if not by Noon. Kyle didn't make it by Noon "OR" 2PM.....He was Here at 11AM!!! He gave me an appraisal of the problem, an estimate for the work to be done, and performed the work with knowledge and efficiency. Briar installed two controllers in my garage in just over three hours. He reviewed the product and all the features, quoted a price that was reasonable for what I wanted, installed both units, helped me set up my app for remote control, synced the two doors to both vehicles and all the remotes, and, answered all my questions.
