Your service was immediate. The technician was courteous and listened to all my concerns. He assessed the situation and explained to me what he thought was wrong. He estimated the job and allowed me to decide what I wanted to do. Once I had decided, he proceeded to replace parts of my garage door. Once he finished he showed me on his tablet what he had done and I paid him. Very professional. Thank you.

To be honest, the initial reason we selected Precision to call was because you were open on the weekends, and we hoped not to have to wait until Monday. Additionally, "woman owned" caught my eye. Tony was able to arrive earlier than expected, providing immediate assistance on a Saturday afternoon! He was knowledgeable, professional, explained our options, and gave us time to discuss and decide. We are glad we selected Precision.
