Kyle was an incredibly helpful, and knowledgeable young man. He pointed out items in my garage that needed replacing, why they needed it, and ones that could wait a bit longer. Once he was done, the garage doors were quieter than they have ever been, even when the house was brand new. Will definitely call and request him when it’s time for repairs, or a rebuild.

Briar installed two controllers in my garage in just over three hours. He reviewed the product and all the features, quoted a price that was reasonable for what I wanted, installed both units, helped me set up my app for remote control, synced the two doors to both vehicles and all the remotes, and, answered all my questions. I was pleased with the price and exceptionally pleased with the service and the level of professionalism. He took all of my old equipment and cleaned up very nicely. Awesome company!! I wasn't even certain they would be able to fix the issue with my garage door, but Keith quickly assured me they could. He was very personable and seemed to truly care about his customers. When he heard my mom and I discussing her chemo schedule, he asked about her health and was very empathetic towards her problems. He and his manager went above and beyond in not costing me any more than absolutely needed to get us access through our garage door again, which is very helpful to my mom, as the step up into the front door is almost too high for her due to her mobility limits. I now know who to recommend the next time someone on the neighborhood FB page asks for recommendations for a garage door company. There are definitely still good people in the world!
