I called Precision due to our garage door messing up. I was able to call, make an appt and they came out the same day. The receptionist was great in making my appointment and our technician Ethan came out and he was great from the time he called and said he was on the way. Our 2 yr old garage door was having issues. A service Rep, Collin, was out within an hour. He quickly checked it out, made adjustments and we were back to working. Collin was very personable, professional and efficient. He sold us a can of garage hinge lube specific to the door and showed us where to use and how often.
