I was very happy that Precision was able to come out early on the morning after calling for help. I purchased and DYI installed a Genie garage door opener. However I had a hard time getting it set up and getting the door to run up and down. Corey took care of the problem within 15 minutes. He also took a good look at the door and made adjustments to make the opening and closing of the door smoother. It is obvious to me that Corey knows how to take care of garage doors and openers. I had Precision replace my original install garage doors on my house. The initial survey of the work to be done and options, the removal of the old and installation of the new doors, and the final adjustments all went well. All of the techs sent to work on my install were good people and happy to answer any questions during the process, which I appreciated. If I have any garage door issues in the future I will call them again.
