Briar installed two controllers in my garage in just over three hours. He reviewed the product and all the features, quoted a price that was reasonable for what I wanted, installed both units, helped me set up my app for remote control, synced the two doors to both vehicles and all the remotes, and, answered all my questions. I was pleased with the price and exceptionally pleased with the service and the level of professionalism. He took all of my old equipment and cleaned up very nicely.
