Normally I don’t bother filling out these surveys but feel compelled to after your technician Tony Griffis did an outstanding service on our garage door(s). Tony only quickly troubleshot and identified the initial problem, (the side that quit working), and replaced the entire motor unit with a newer, upgraded model of the one we had. Realizing the rail bearings were ALL worn, and the rails needed greasing to boot, he advised us to replace all 24 bearings as the ones he took off and inspected were either froze or close to it. He also advised us to let him grease the rails also, which he said he didn’t have, but would return to do that at his earliest opportunity. Not just all that, but he also took the time to show us how our new keypad and door actuator panel worked, THEN he helped us install the “myQ” app so we can use our smart phones to open the doors, too!!! - PROMOTE!!!

We were so impressed by Ethan, our service technician. He was courteous, knowledgeable friendly and polite. My husband also commented that he can’t imagine the experience being any better. It was also really easy to book an appointment online which was very convenient . Everything is working correctly now, no problems at all. Ethan also called us before he came and he actually arrived a little bit early, which was perfect!
