Late yesterday one of the rollers on our elderly door came off the track, fortunately while the door was up. We called Precision, and they made an appointment to come out first thing this morning. Our technician, Kyle, was very prompt, polite, and knowledgeable. We discussed replacing the door in the future, but there was no pressure to do it now. Kyle went straight to work and took care of us, and then completed a safety checklist. We are pleased. Thank you!

Excellent experience from beginning to end. The option to schedule a same-day appointment through the website was impressive. An email or text confirmation would have been a nice feature, but I called the local number and the agent cheerfully confirmed my appointment had been registered. The technician was on time, friendly but professional, and highly skilled. He provided multiple options to fix our problem and helpful guidance to choose between them without any "hard sell" for the most expensive option. He had all the parts on the truck and had us back in business in about an hour.

The two gentlemen that came out did not tell me it was all in my head. I was very disappointed, but they did offer the next best thing, which was a solution and one that could be done today. New motor, new remotes, and new gizmo that pulls the door up and down and two new supports across the door. They said they would hook my car garage door openers up and one car (German) was not wanting to cooperate, but they hung in until all was working. Very much appreciated. Highly recommend the service that Precision Overhead Doors provides!
