Tech was available to come out next day. Large spring had broken and the garage door wouldn't open. Our car was left out in the rain. Taylor was very friendly and professional. Installed new spring and did maintenance work. Now door works great!!!

Very professional and gave me three options for the repair. I asked him about the seal on the bottom of the door that needed to be replaced. He said it would not be good to replace it because there was other things would need to be done to the door for it to work.

Terrible customer service. Five times I called about my garage door being improperly installed. Five times I, or my dad, was told a manager would call us back. Five times I was ignored and received no phone call. My dad set up an appointment between 4-6 yesterday to meet with someone to discuss how the door was incorrectly installed. NO ONE showed up for the appointment. I talked to Brooke ~5:45 and left a message for the owners. I got no call back. So, if you want to know what my next step is, please talk to Brooke. If I do not have the money back into my account by Friday, she has the list of what's going to happen next.

Repairman was prompt and polite and informed me as to what was available as to my options. He performed an entire inspection and then I told him what I wanted done as to what he had found. He then got busy and was completely done in a short time. I was completely satisfied with the service.
