We are so HAPPY with our new garage door !!!! We chose Precision because of the positive reviews and because of the information they provide about their technicians on their website. Chris came out and looked over our old door and gave us an estimate for a new door and he was professional, knew the product and help us make the right choice. My technician was wonderful. He called and ask if he could come an hour earlier than our scheduled time of 6 to 8. He really knew what he was doing. He replaced the bad spring very quickly. He also took extra time to spray the rollers on both of our doors. The one he replaced the springs on and our single door. Very pleased with the service.
