I purchased my garage door and opener several months ago and everything has been great, from installation and helping to setup the Mya mobile app on my phone. Very professional and friendly people! Recently have had issues, door opened ok but we had to hold down the wall button to close, the green sensor light kept flashing. After several attempts to correct this myself I finally called and they sent service guys out to fix. It seems I was attempting to align the wrong sensor. They fixed the issue in just a few min and we are back to normal door service! Thanks so much! We love this company!

When I called Precision about a broken garage door spring they gave a time frame of a couple hours later. Shortly afterward I received a call from Corey saying he was running early and could he come earlier than the time frame. He did and first thoroughly explained all my options before he started the necessary repairs. Corey was very pleasant and enjoyable as he worked on my door. It was a pleasure to have him on the job. I will certainly recommend Precision to anyone looking for garage door repair.

Corey was my technician and I thought he did an excellent job. He was thorough in the explanations describing what needed to be done and I don’t think he tried to oversell it to me. I thought the price was fair and we started work. He did everything in a very timely manner. Very professional technician.

I was very happy that Precision was able to come out early on the morning after calling for help. I purchased and DYI installed a Genie garage door opener. However I had a hard time getting it set up and getting the door to run up and down. Corey took care of the problem within 15 minutes. He also took a good look at the door and made adjustments to make the opening and closing of the door smoother. It is obvious to me that Corey knows how to take care of garage doors and openers. He was very helpful and courteous as well as giving me a lot of things to look for in the future when I am ready to update my old garage door in the next year or two. Thanks Martin Nelson

Corey did an outstanding job installing my garage door opener. He was very professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. The installation was completed efficiently, and he made sure everything was working properly before he left. He also took the time to explain how to operate the opener and answered all of my questions. I was very impressed with the quality of his work and his attention to detail. Rude, pushy, overpriced and never sent me an actual quote after claiming I needed a new door and motor for thousands of dollars. Felt very overwhelmed and pressured even after telling the guy I wasn’t paying that without seeing what exactly I was paying for.

Corey and his partner who he was training arrived as he said via his phone call. I explained the broken spring problem on the small garage door and Corey worked up various pricing options after they reviewed the entire door. We had them fix the problem and they updated the rollers and the brackets to the lifetime status to correct any other safety issue with the door. Cost was more than I had hoped but we got more fixed then just the spring. Work was completed in about an hour or so. We have had Precision out a few times over the years to put in our openers and fix the large door spring so work is done well. Only issue was Corey gave us a quoted number with a $25.00 senior discount and when I got the final number for the check that discount wasn't included and I didn't catch it because we didn't get the invoice until it was emailed that night. I called the office the next day and they corrected the issue and the young lady said we should receive a $25.00 check in 4-6 business days. This is just a small amount but every little bit helps when you're retired. Thanks guys for a good job and the door is working great. Definitely would recommend them.

One hundred percent satisfied! Precision installed my door in 2017. It has performed flawlessly until recently. Corey assessed the problem. Gave me 3 options. He quickly replaced the spring, rollers, lubricated & adjusted everything. The door is now as good as new. Corey was the best! Thank you folks for taking such good care of my needs.

At our previous home, Precision made an 'urgent' service call and installed a garage door opener the next day. This time, after recently purchasing a different home, I realized that we had the loudest, squeakiest, clunkiest garage door in the neighborhood. One call to Precision and they sent out a technician to assess the door. In less than an hour, they completed a safety check, lubricated the hinge points and replaced all the rollers. The service tech not only explained what they had done, they also explained how I should maintain my door (which was SO helpful). Now the door operates smoothly and is much, MUCH quieter. I couldn't be happier with their service! Thanks Precision for making this home owner very happy :)
