Tech, James was here when he said he would be...even on a Saturday! He inspected the garage door, informed me of what it needed and had it fully repaired in about an hour. Door works great! Will definitely use Precision Door again for our garage door needs and let our neighbors and friends know who to call!

It was amazing! I woke up to a garage door with a broken spring that wouldn't open. I called Precision at 0830, by 945, the service man had arrived at my house, installed a new spring and was gone! The service tech was very knowledgeable, provided me with options, was courteous and Covid aware. Great company, great service, great repair technician!
