We received excellent service. Brandun, Ethan, and Briar were very knowledgeable and explained everything very clearly. The installation of the garage door was performed by Russell and Thomas and they completed the installation efficiently.

Booked the service call for broken spring on line Christmas day. Drew was out before 9:30 the next morning. He walked me through what needed fixed as well as a couple of issues that could have created future problems. Very polite and knowledgeable.

Wonderful experience. Called Tuesday afternoon. Set up a time between 10:00-12:00 Wednesday morning. Ethan and Colin were at our house at 10:00. Both guys were great. Told us what was wrong with our door and what they were going to do to repair it. They finished up in a little over an hour. Door works great, it is quiet and the guys were very helpful and very courteous. Thank you. I would recommend Precision to help with any issues with the garage door.

The repair man was great very friendly and knowledgeable. He also came prepared to fix what ever needed fixing. He came with supplies that he might need in his truck. I needed garage door safety cables and he had them in his truck. I also needed new remotes and he had them in his truck. It was wonderful to see someone have the knowledge and take pride in his work.
