I would like to give a 5+ rating to the tech Kyle for his talents in getting the garage door opener back in service. Kyle arrived as promised and looked at the garage opener and began to work on the device and then the door began to operate as before. One of things I did learn about this event was that switching different Internet providers does not always agreed with the rest of the device in my home that depend on wireless signals and that the signal does not sometimes remain constant. After switching back to my previous provider everything is working great. I did purchase a surge suppressor for the garage opener because we had a storm that knocked out power to the house. It was a blessing that only the power to the garage was lost until the power came back on. Kyle, thanks for the work that you performed.

My garage door wouldn’t open fully with an electric opener or by hand. I have a voice issue that makes it almost impossible to talk on the phone, so I was thrilled when I saw I could schedule the service online. Sawyer thoroughly inspected the door, the rails, the wheels, and all of the other components that have to work correctly. He prepared several estimates starting with the bare minimum all the way up to replacing the entire door (mine had a couple small cracks). I made the choice I thought best and could afford, and he quickly had the door balanced. I can now raise it with one hand, and it stops where it should. He arrived on time, appeared knowledgeable and professional, and finished in a timely manner. This is the second time Precision has worked on my door. The first time was about 15 years ago. Clearly, they perform quality work. It’s not cheap by any means (what is these days?), but it’s money well spent.

Briar is an awesome technician. Briar called to let me know he was on his way. After the introductions were completed, my daughter and I showed Briar the garage door and that’s when Briar said he needed to perform an inspection. After the inspection was completed, Briar explained to us what the problem was and what needed to happen. Briar showed us the parts that were needed and what he needed to. The most interesting part was Briar had a scale that measures a garage door and we learned that the garage door was set up wrong. However when the work was completed the garage door works great and it is quiet going up and down. Briar gets 10+Star rating for knowledge, customer service and satisfaction and job well done.

I opened my garage door and the wire cable became loose making the door go sideways. Two of the rollers popped out of the rails.I didn’t know any Garage Door Repair company since I moved to Arkansas 3 years ago and my house was built 3 years ago. I looked up Google for Garage Door Repair and decided to call Precision.I’m glad I did. It was 1:30pm on a Saturday and the lady that answered the phone advised me that someone would be at my residence between 2-4pm. At 2:30pm, Technician Briar was at my residence He explained what needed to be done to fix the Garage Door and the improvements I could do to maintain the door working properly to minimize future problems. Briar was able to fix the door in minimal time and was very polite and friendly. I would not hesitate to call Precision for any future Garage Door Repairs.

Precision Garage Door of Little Rock is amazing! They were recommended to me by a coworker a couple of years back when I started having issues with my garage door and I always kept their number in my back pocket in case I needed it, well today was that day. My garage cables became completely untangled and I was unable to move the door in any way. Tony came to the house early the next morning to the rescue. He was was kind, courteous, professional, quick, and most importantly he fixed our problem. We were already confident that Precision could fix the problem when a couple of years ago they came out to help us with a quick fix, but today Tony took our confidence in the company tona new level. He identified problems that we didn't even know about. Our spring needed tension, the chain was sagging, the garage door was not level. He fixed all of those things in less than an hour and some additional items like the rollers, and all while maintaining friendly conversation and even talking to my 2 year old who was very intrigued by the whole process. We will never use anyone else for our garage door needs so long as we are here.
