Excellent experience from beginning to end. The option to schedule a same-day appointment through the website was impressive. An email or text confirmation would have been a nice feature, but I called the local number and the agent cheerfully confirmed my appointment had been registered. The technician was on time, friendly but professional, and highly skilled. He provided multiple options to fix our problem and helpful guidance to choose between them without any "hard sell" for the most expensive option. He had all the parts on the truck and had us back in business in about an hour.

The spring on my garage door broke, and I was unable to open the door at all. I contacted another Garage Door repair company, and they could not schedule me for two days. I then contacted precision Garage Door, they heard my emergency and were able to schedule me within two hours. A young man named Brier came to service my Garage Door, and he was extremely knowledgeable. He first gave me an estimate to fix only the spring, and said that was the absolute minimum that needed to be done. However, he showed me wear and tear on my garage door rollers and cables, and I was able to see that it wouldn’t take long before I was going to have another bad situation. Briar then fixed the entire door and it runs smoother than the day that I had it installed. I’m extremely happy with the service provided, and with the quick emergency service that they gave me. From the service that I have received, I can recommend Precision Garage Door repair very highly.

we were given a quick appointment when we needed their services. We had already had a new door and new remote installed with precision last year. Unfortunately, the wiring needed to be done as well and because of that we were getting operational problems. Hopefully this fixes the problem. The technician was very professional and polite. Two shortcomings remain: 1) I have not yet received a receipt for the work done (such is needed for when I eventually sell my property in order to avoid paying more capital gains taxes than necessary upon such an eventuality, and 2) No manual was provided which allows me to program additional openers (such as my Auto's) for service.

I opened my garage door and the wire cable became loose making the door go sideways. Two of the rollers popped out of the rails.I didn’t know any Garage Door Repair company since I moved to Arkansas 3 years ago and my house was built 3 years ago. I looked up Google for Garage Door Repair and decided to call Precision.I’m glad I did. It was 1:30pm on a Saturday and the lady that answered the phone advised me that someone would be at my residence between 2-4pm. At 2:30pm, Technician Briar was at my residence He explained what needed to be done to fix the Garage Door and the improvements I could do to maintain the door working properly to minimize future problems. Briar was able to fix the door in minimal time and was very polite and friendly. I would not hesitate to call Precision for any future Garage Door Repairs.

Came the same day we called and identified and fixed a problem the technician said he had not seen before. Door was jammed shut because of a stripped bolt in a bracket at the top of the door. Took him maybe 30 minutes. Technician was very professional and price was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

I called about noon on a Friday. They had a technician at my house by 3 PM. Briar explained that the motor for the garage door opener needed to be replaced. He quoted me a price which I approved. He replaced the motor, installed a new control panel on the wall, and installed a new keypad on the outside of the garage. He even programmed the remote control in my car. All the work was completed in about an hour. Briar was very polite, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. I will definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

I noticed the brackets on track of my garage were bent and missing screws. I called precision door and they were able to come out the same day. Turns out my garage door was in bad shape. Colin walked me through everything that needed to be done and the cost. He then got everything installed and even helped me get my car linked to the new garage motor. My door is so quiet now and everything is working as expected.
