When I called Precision about a broken garage door spring they gave a time frame of a couple hours later. Shortly afterward I received a call from Corey saying he was running early and could he come earlier than the time frame. He did and first thoroughly explained all my options before he started the necessary repairs. Corey was very pleasant and enjoyable as he worked on my door. It was a pleasure to have him on the job.
