Drew Farr was very polite and professional. He explained to me what he was going to do. He let me know that he had to order a new keypad for the outside for the garage. he told me it should be here by Wednesday' around the 12th. I will call him when it comes in and he will come back and install it and connect it with the car openers.

My appointment was scheduled on Saturday, Briear arrived promptly at noon on Monday. We discussed our options; I was highly satisfied with his knowledge and decided to upgrade. He completed the job in a timely manner, and took the time to explain his process; replaced all the defective parts, and programmed the new controller. I am highly satisfied.

You can get talk with James who was not concerned about my experience with your company. He didn't much care. Tony stretched out some wires and got the door to operate. Then I had to ask him to secure them with a clamp, why he didn't do that in the first place is questionable. Scheduling was a nightmare. I can't recommend your company.
