Very pleased with this company from beginning to end. My phone call was answered promptly and they were able to send a technician the same day. Sawyer notified me of his arrival time and was prompt. He gave me options for replacing my 20 year old garage door opener and did a thorough inspection of the door. New opener and repairs were done very quickly. Sawyer was easy to work with and even helped to program the remotes, the car and install the app. Hightly recommend!

From the time that I called Precision Door Service and a ticket was made a service technician reached out to me and ask me the questions I had about the overhead door and what was going on with it, It was about 20 minutes from the time an appointment was given to me. Service technician name is Cal. he professional and courteous, The problem was solved and he did and overall inspection of the door while he was here and pointed out that the door was out of balance and explain what needed to be done to correct the issue. Had him to go ahead to correct the issue. Did explain what needed to be done. Overalled very pleased with the service given.
