They installed our garage door in 2010. No issues until a spring broke 2026. I set up an appt online for the next day. Collin called before our appt time to let us know he was on his way. He did a complete check and then shared options for what needed to be done. He did the repairs and did a terrific job. Very friendly guy.

I had Precision replace my original install garage doors on my house. The initial survey of the work to be done and options, the removal of the old and installation of the new doors, and the final adjustments all went well. All of the techs sent to work on my install were good people and happy to answer any questions during the process, which I appreciated. If I have any garage door issues in the future I will call them again.

I stupidly paid in advance for a replacement garage door motor, remotes, installation on July 10th. I have called and spoken to someone today (July 14) and also chatted on the website simply asking for an invoice/receipt detailing what the $1485 I spent is for (model # of motor, etc) and breakdown of expenses based on parts, labor, accessories. Both on the phone and in chat I was promised that the invoice/receipt is on its way. I have not received it. I dont have Precision door flagged as spam as I got the email asking me to take this stupid survey, but you cannot give me a receipt or detailed explanation of what I just paid $1500 for? Not happy, plus I have received no updates on the status of my replacement motor which was not in stock. Ready to cancel this entire transaction at this point. Someone who can actually help me and deliver me my invoice while I am still on the phone, please call me ASAP at 501-519-4221. Also I want to apply the $100 coupon on your website for garage door replacement to my bill. How do I get a credit?

Precision was able to dispatch a garage door engineer in literally 15 minutes. I had thoroughly researched the issue and how to fix it but did not have the torsion spring winding rods and honestly did not feel like dealing with it. Sawyer was the responding engineer. He was personable, prompt, thorough and professional. He quoted me 3 additional prices due to my door being exceptionally old and it pretty bad shape aside from me hanging it that day. He also gave me the quote for the minimum hung door fix. He explained all of the quotes in detail and what the implications of neglecting those repairs may be while being sincere and genuine. I did not get the feeling it was hyperbole any car salesmen vibes from him. I appreciated his thoroughness. I would have taken him up on one of the offers if I didn't have to just replace an AC unit and re-duct my whole downstairs. Excellent job and massive kudos to my dude Sawyer.

I went to leave on Saturday and discovered the garage door would not open. Precision has emergency service and a technician came in the afternoon. Although he has to order parts, he manually lifted the door so we could back our cars out and not have them trapped in the garage for several days. I was impressed by the PO prompt and thoughtful service from Precision.

At our previous home, Precision made an 'urgent' service call and installed a garage door opener the next day. This time, after recently purchasing a different home, I realized that we had the loudest, squeakiest, clunkiest garage door in the neighborhood. One call to Precision and they sent out a technician to assess the door. In less than an hour, they completed a safety check, lubricated the hinge points and replaced all the rollers. The service tech not only explained what they had done, they also explained how I should maintain my door (which was SO helpful). Now the door operates smoothly and is much, MUCH quieter.
