Precision was able to dispatch a garage door engineer in literally 15 minutes. I had thoroughly researched the issue and how to fix it but did not have the torsion spring winding rods and honestly did not feel like dealing with it. Sawyer was the responding engineer. He was personable, prompt, thorough and professional. He quoted me 3 additional prices due to my door being exceptionally old and it pretty bad shape aside from me hanging it that day. He also gave me the quote for the minimum hung door fix. He explained all of the quotes in detail and what the implications of neglecting those repairs may be while being sincere and genuine. I did not get the feeling it was hyperbole any car salesmen vibes from him. I appreciated his thoroughness. I would have taken him up on one of the offers if I didn't have to just replace an AC unit and re-duct my whole downstairs. Excellent job and massive kudos to my dude Sawyer.

Haydn was wonderful. He knew how to fix everything I needed for my garage door. I was so happy he was able to have the remotes I needed. I also liked how he explained some things I would need to be aware in keeping my garage door safe. I’ve put on my list to have the springs replaced in the near future. I am also thinking about upgrading to the system that uses my iPhone to open and close the garage door. Thank you so much for sending Haydn. I went to leave on Saturday and discovered the garage door would not open. Precision has emergency service and a technician came in the afternoon. Although he has to order parts, he manually lifted the door so we could back our cars out and not have them trapped in the garage for several days. I was impressed by the PO prompt and thoughtful service from Precision.

I called Precision Door when my garage door wouldn’t open. I made an appointment for the next day in the afternoon. The receptionist very kindly called me later and offered a morning appointment. The technician, Collin, was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He described the inspection he would do and afterwards shared the problem. He showed me the broken spring and described other parts that should be replaced. He also shared the cost of replacing the parts and the total estimate of the repairs. I’m very pleased with the service I received today. I thought the weatherstripping needed replacing on my garage door. The technician said it only needed adjusting. At our previous home, Precision made an 'urgent' service call and installed a garage door opener the next day. This time, after recently purchasing a different home, I realized that we had the loudest, squeakiest, clunkiest garage door in the neighborhood. One call to Precision and they sent out a technician to assess the door. In less than an hour, they completed a safety check, lubricated the hinge points and replaced all the rollers. The service tech not only explained what they had done, they also explained how I should maintain my door (which was SO helpful). Now the door operates smoothly and is much, MUCH quieter. I couldn't be happier with their service! Thanks Precision for making this home owner very happy :)

Amazing service in every way. This is the second house where the garage door spring broke, and both times we called Precision door. Came the same day we called and identified and fixed a problem the technician said he had not seen before. Door was jammed shut because of a stripped bolt in a bracket at the top of the door. Took him maybe 30 minutes. Technician was very professional and price was very reasonable. Highly recommend.
