Our 2 yr old garage door was having issues. A service Rep, Collin, was out within an hour. He quickly checked it out, made adjustments and we were back to working. Collin was very personable, professional and efficient. He sold us a can of garage hinge lube specific to the door and showed us where to use and how often.

We were so impressed by Ethan, our service technician. He was courteous, knowledgeable friendly and polite. My husband also commented that he can’t imagine the experience being any better. It was also really easy to book an appointment online which was very convenient . Everything is working correctly now, no problems at all. Ethan also called us before he came and he actually arrived a little bit early, which was perfect! While he was here, He took the time to educate us on some things we didn’t know about our garage door, how it was working and how to maintain it. Thomas did a great job and was very helpful answering all of my questions. I was hopeful this would be a simple repair, but it ended up needing to be a whole replacement, which of course is more of an investment. He allowed me the time and answered questions to allow me to be confident about my choice. He did not try to "oversell", which for me, is very important for a positive experience. I also appreciated that Precision could get my problem taken care of in a timely manner.

Ethan, called in advance to let me know he could come early. He was professional, answered all my questions, and was able to replace my keypad, which was still under warranty.
