Super fast service! When I called, I was booked an appointment within the hour. And while I needed parts replaced so I wasn’t looking to spend the money, Precision made the process for repair and replacement very easy and I’m thankful for that. Tony did a great job! Awesome company!! I wasn't even certain they would be able to fix the issue with my garage door, but Keith quickly assured me they could. He was very personable and seemed to truly care about his customers. When he heard my mom and I discussing her chemo schedule, he asked about her health and was very empathetic towards her problems. He and his manager went above and beyond in not costing me any more than absolutely needed to get us access through our garage door again, which is very helpful to my mom, as the step up into the front door is almost too high for her due to her mobility limits. I now know who to recommend the next time someone on the neighborhood FB page asks for recommendations for a garage door company. There are definitely still good people in the world!

Janes was so kind and patient with me. When he realized the ordered part would not work, he had the correct equipment to install on site so that I would have a properly working garage door. I love how after I had paid for the part they used that amount to go towards the new garage motor that I ended up having to buy.
