He was very thorough and has corrected some problems that were leading to having to replace a panel or possibly the garage door itself. He gave me a call before coming and was actually a little early. That were great to work with.

Kyle didn't make it by Noon "OR" 2PM.....He was Here at 11AM!!! He gave me an appraisal of the problem, an estimate for the work to be done, and performed the work with knowledge and efficiency. Awesome company!! I wasn't even certain they would be able to fix the issue with my garage door, but Keith quickly assured me they could. He was very personable and seemed to truly care about his customers. When he heard my mom and I discussing her chemo schedule, he asked about her health and was very empathetic towards her problems. He and his manager went above and beyond in not costing me any more than absolutely needed to get us access through our garage door again, which is very helpful to my mom, as the step up into the front door is almost too high for her due to her mobility limits. I now know who to recommend the next time someone on the neighborhood FB page asks for recommendations for a garage door company. There are definitely still good people in the world!

I called in on a Sunday afternoon and was told a would get a repair man between 8-10am. At 10:20am I called back to see where the repairman was and was told they did not have an appointment on your system. So, I was told the next one would be between 11-1pm. He showed up around 12:30pm. He was nice and did a good job.
