The two gentlemen that came out did not tell me it was all in my head. I was very disappointed, but they did offer the next best thing, which was a solution and one that could be done today. New motor, new remotes, and new gizmo that pulls the door up and down and two new supports across the door. They said they would hook my car garage door openers up and one car (German) was not wanting to cooperate, but they hung in until all was working. Very much appreciated. Highly recommend the service that Precision Overhead Doors provides!

I called Precision due to our garage door messing up. I was able to call, make an appt and they came out the same day. The receptionist was great in making my appointment and our technician Ethan came out and he was great from the time he called and said he was on the way. He definitely knew his job, gave us the ins and outs, recommended what would be best and got the job done. We appreciate the great service and will definitely be using you all again.
