An appointment was very easy to obtain(Monday). Sawyer called ahead and arrived early for our appointment. He was knowledgeable, professional, respectful, and clearly reviewed our options. Casey phoned to let us know when he would arrive to install our door(Wednesday). He was professional, friendly and courteous. He obviously knew his trade. He answered questions while he worked. We were very pleased with our door install. I was also happy to learn both these young men were Veterans. I appreciate a company who employs Veterans. I will gladly recommend this company to my family & friends.

Excellent experience from beginning to end. The option to schedule a same-day appointment through the website was impressive. An email or text confirmation would have been a nice feature, but I called the local number and the agent cheerfully confirmed my appointment had been registered. The technician was on time, friendly but professional, and highly skilled. He provided multiple options to fix our problem and helpful guidance to choose between them without any "hard sell" for the most expensive option. He had all the parts on the truck and had us back in business in about an hour.

we were given a quick appointment when we needed their services. We had already had a new door and new remote installed with precision last year. Unfortunately, the wiring needed to be done as well and because of that we were getting operational problems. Hopefully this fixes the problem. The technician was very professional and polite. He was very thorough and has corrected some problems that were leading to having to replace a panel or possibly the garage door itself. He gave me a call before coming and was actually a little early. That were great to work with.

Awesome company!! I wasn't even certain they would be able to fix the issue with my garage door, but Keith quickly assured me they could. He was very personable and seemed to truly care about his customers. When he heard my mom and I discussing her chemo schedule, he asked about her health and was very empathetic towards her problems. He and his manager went above and beyond in not costing me any more than absolutely needed to get us access through our garage door again, which is very helpful to my mom, as the step up into the front door is almost too high for her due to her mobility limits. I now know who to recommend the next time someone on the neighborhood FB page asks for recommendations for a garage door company. There are definitely still good people in the world!

I called in on a Sunday afternoon and was told a would get a repair man between 8-10am. At 10:20am I called back to see where the repairman was and was told they did not have an appointment on your system. So, I was told the next one would be between 11-1pm. He showed up around 12:30pm. He was nice and did a good job.
