Garage door spring broke on a Friday afternoon. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day, Saturday, at noon. The technician called me Saturday morning and said he was a head of schedule and asked if he could come by early, which I excitedly agreed to. He inspected other aspects of the door as well as the opener to see if anything else needed to be repaired/replaced while he was there. He did great work and had a great attitude. Highly recommended.

Late yesterday one of the rollers on our elderly door came off the track, fortunately while the door was up. We called Precision, and they made an appointment to come out first thing this morning. Our technician, Kyle, was very prompt, polite, and knowledgeable. We discussed replacing the door in the future, but there was no pressure to do it now. An appointment was very easy to obtain(Monday). Sawyer called ahead and arrived early for our appointment. He was knowledgeable, professional, respectful, and clearly reviewed our options. Excellent experience from beginning to end. The option to schedule a same-day appointment through the website was impressive. An email or text confirmation would have been a nice feature, but I called the local number and the agent cheerfully confirmed my appointment had been registered. The technician was on time, friendly but professional, and highly skilled. He provided multiple options to fix our problem and helpful guidance to choose between them without any "hard sell" for the most expensive option. He had all the parts on the truck and had us back in business in about an hour.

we were given a quick appointment when we needed their services. We had already had a new door and new remote installed with precision last year. Unfortunately, the wiring needed to be done as well and because of that we were getting operational problems. Hopefully this fixes the problem. The technician was very professional and polite.
