Corey was my technician and I thought he did an excellent job. He was thorough in the explanations describing what needed to be done and I don’t think he tried to oversell it to me. I thought the price was fair and we started work. He did everything in a very timely manner. Very professional technician.

Garage door spring broke on a Friday afternoon. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day, Saturday, at noon. The technician called me Saturday morning and said he was a head of schedule and asked if he could come by early, which I excitedly agreed to. He inspected other aspects of the door as well as the opener to see if anything else needed to be repaired/replaced while he was there. He did great work and had a great attitude. Highly recommended.

Late yesterday one of the rollers on our elderly door came off the track, fortunately while the door was up. We called Precision, and they made an appointment to come out first thing this morning. Our technician, Kyle, was very prompt, polite, and knowledgeable. We discussed replacing the door in the future, but there was no pressure to do it now. Kyle went straight to work and took care of us, and then completed a safety checklist. We are pleased. Thank you!

Kyle was a great representative of your company. He was knowledgable and worked diligently to correct our problem. We stopped him as he was going through our subdivision, and he followed us home and was very kind, and did a great job. You can be proud of him as one of your employees. I give him a 5 Star + for a job well done. May God continue to bless your company.

An appointment was very easy to obtain(Monday). Sawyer called ahead and arrived early for our appointment. He was knowledgeable, professional, respectful, and clearly reviewed our options. Casey phoned to let us know when he would arrive to install our door(Wednesday). He was professional, friendly and courteous. He obviously knew his trade. He answered questions while he worked. We were very pleased with our door install. I was also happy to learn both these young men were Veterans. I appreciate a company who employs Veterans. I will gladly recommend this company to my family & friends.

Excellent experience from beginning to end. The option to schedule a same-day appointment through the website was impressive. An email or text confirmation would have been a nice feature, but I called the local number and the agent cheerfully confirmed my appointment had been registered. The technician was on time, friendly but professional, and highly skilled. He provided multiple options to fix our problem and helpful guidance to choose between them without any "hard sell" for the most expensive option. He had all the parts on the truck and had us back in business in about an hour.

we were given a quick appointment when we needed their services. We had already had a new door and new remote installed with precision last year. Unfortunately, the wiring needed to be done as well and because of that we were getting operational problems. Hopefully this fixes the problem. The technician was very professional and polite. We would highly recommend them.
