Absolutely Superior Service!!!! Briar was very professional, timely and efficient. Late last night the spring on our garage door snapped. I woke up at 5am to request a quote. I got an immediate response, an appointment and completed repair by 1pm. Unbelievable. Precision is the perfect name for this company and I’d recommend them to anyone!

An appointment was very easy to obtain(Monday). Sawyer called ahead and arrived early for our appointment. He was knowledgeable, professional, respectful, and clearly reviewed our options. Casey phoned to let us know when he would arrive to install our door(Wednesday). He was professional, friendly and courteous. He obviously knew his trade. He answered questions while he worked. We were very pleased with our door install. I was also happy to learn both these young men were Veterans. I appreciate a company who employs Veterans. Sawyer did a great job. He was efficient and kept me informed of any issue he discovered. He was very thorough and has corrected some problems that were leading to having to replace a panel or possibly the garage door itself. After hours call was answered very quickly by a "Live" person who promptly and courteously gathered my information and assured me that she would have a "knowledgeable and efficient technician" out to me next day at 2PM if not by Noon. Kyle didn't make it by Noon "OR" 2PM.....He was Here at 11AM!!! He gave me an appraisal of the problem, an estimate for the work to be done, and performed the work with knowledge and efficiency. Kyle came out yesterday, replaced my springs and bearings, and lubricated my door. He was super polite, very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I was very happy with the service. I can't say for certain, but the prices seem a little high. It was $700 for my service call.

I called in on a Sunday afternoon and was told a would get a repair man between 8-10am. At 10:20am I called back to see where the repairman was and was told they did not have an appointment on your system. So, I was told the next one would be between 11-1pm. He showed up around 12:30pm. He was nice and did a good job.
