Had an emergency with our garage door. Someone was on site in less than 2 hours from the time we called. Options for repair/replacement were explained along with estimated prices. New garage door including hardware and motor was installed the next morning. There was a problem but the technician remained on site until the problem was resolved and everything was working to our satisfaction. Very pleased and grateful for both the technicians and the quick response time.

My appointment was scheduled on Saturday, Briear arrived promptly at noon on Monday. We discussed our options; I was highly satisfied with his knowledge and decided to upgrade. He completed the job in a timely manner, and took the time to explain his process; replaced all the defective parts, and programmed the new controller. I am highly satisfied.

Used other company before and was dissatisfied with their work. I found your company online and called and got a real person to talk to! They scheduled a time and Pete called me to let me know he was on the way. They got here, we discussed the problem and decided on a plan and they got to work! They kept me informed as the work progressed. The finished job is great! The garage door opens and closes quietly, I have remotes that work and I will be able to program my phone! Everyone I came in contact with was first class in communications. Corey was the installer and he was excellent in putting the new doors in. One thing was also true, that is, all persons involved were really proud to be a part of the company. I was convinced the owners not only had employees who were good at their jobs but the owners were good to those who worked for them.
