My first call was to a same day service I was told it would be 5 days before they could check it out. So I called PRECISION they could be here between 4:00 and 6:00 ( same day).Tony called around 3:00 and was on his way. He quickly assessed my problem , my 27 year old opener needed replaced. The price was about what I expected. So Tony went to work and with no wasted motion replaced my opener and rail. He had everything he needed on his truck, and in no time I had a modern up to date opener that I’m very happy with and if I have any more problems I’ll call PRÉCISION first.

Everyone I came in contact with was first class in communications. Corey was the installer and he was excellent in putting the new doors in. One thing was also true, that is, all persons involved were really proud to be a part of the company. Had an emergency with our garage door. Someone was on site in less than 2 hours from the time we called. Options for repair/replacement were explained along with estimated prices. New garage door including hardware and motor was installed the next morning. There was a problem but the technician remained on site until the problem was resolved and everything was working to our satisfaction. Very pleased and grateful for both the technicians and the quick response time.

My appointment was scheduled on Saturday, Briear arrived promptly at noon on Monday. We discussed our options; I was highly satisfied with his knowledge and decided to upgrade. He completed the job in a timely manner, and took the time to explain his process; replaced all the defective parts, and programmed the new controller. I am highly satisfied.
