Forgot I had a warranty from 10 years ago. Spring broke late yesterday. I called at 4:30 pm. Taylor, personable young service guy showed up at 8:30am and fixed by 9:45am. Warranty covered, just paid a service fee!

Drew is the kind of tech a company is proud to have representing them. He was very respectful and patient with the customers questions. Although the video on their website states that their technicians carry several different springs on their trucks, they do not carry ANY extension springs on them. I explained when I scheduled the appointment that I had a broken extension spring. Now I’ve wasted a day off from work and will have to re-schedule. They can’t come back the same day and fix it. No thanks!! I called a competitor of theirs and they will fix the problem for $170 instead of the $370 quoted by Precision.
