I was very happy that Precision was able to come out early on the morning after calling for help. I purchased and DYI installed a Genie garage door opener. However I had a hard time getting it set up and getting the door to run up and down. Corey took care of the problem within 15 minutes. He also took a good look at the door and made adjustments to make the opening and closing of the door smoother. It is obvious to me that Corey knows how to take care of garage doors and openers. Corey and his partner who he was training arrived as he said via his phone call. I explained the broken spring problem on the small garage door and Corey worked up various pricing options after they reviewed the entire door. We had them fix the problem and they updated the rollers and the brackets to the lifetime status to correct any other safety issue with the door. Cost was more than I had hoped but we got more fixed then just the spring. Work was completed in about an hour or so. We have had Precision out a few times over the years to put in our openers and fix the large door spring so work is done well. Only issue was Corey gave us a quoted number with a $25.00 senior discount and when I got the final number for the check that discount wasn't included and I didn't catch it because we didn't get the invoice until it was emailed that night. I called the office the next day and they corrected the issue and the young lady said we should receive a $25.00 check in 4-6 business days. This is just a small amount but every little bit helps when you're retired. Thanks guys for a good job and the door is working great. Definitely would recommend them.

The spring on my garage door broke, and I was unable to open the door at all. I contacted another Garage Door repair company, and they could not schedule me for two days. I then contacted precision Garage Door, they heard my emergency and were able to schedule me within two hours. A young man named Brier came to service my Garage Door, and he was extremely knowledgeable. He first gave me an estimate to fix only the spring, and said that was the absolute minimum that needed to be done. However, he showed me wear and tear on my garage door rollers and cables, and I was able to see that it wouldn’t take long before I was going to have another bad situation. Briar then fixed the entire door and it runs smoother than the day that I had it installed. I’m extremely happy with the service provided, and with the quick emergency service that they gave me. From the service that I have received, I can recommend Precision Garage Door repair very highly.

The new door looks beautiful and works well. Two shortcomings remain: 1) I have not yet received a receipt for the work done (such is needed for when I eventually sell my property in order to avoid paying more capital gains taxes than necessary upon such an eventuality, and 2) No manual was provided which allows me to program additional openers (such as my Auto's) for service.

We have seen the service trucks in our community for some time and I wanted someone that I knew to service our home. From the phone call to Collin showing up was only about two hours. Collin Did an outstanding job explaining the problems with my 17 year old garage door system. He put in everything we discussed and the door works better than I have had all these years. A+ for everything except COST. Price gouging at its worst. And for that alone I'm giving this company a one star, F-, I'll never say a good thing about it. My tech built his estimate by singling out and entering the priced items he's going to need into his ipad. I had a seven line invoice (which I had to call the company to receive) and the LOWEST line total was $128.10 ($49.88 per freeway bearing x3, an item I could find for $2.66 at a supply house). I asked my tech how a re-enforcement bracket could cost $149 and he said that I had to take into account that each item had to be installed, i.e. there's labor involved. So if they're figuring in labor in the cost of each part, why a $97 one hour labor charge? Bottom line: $1331 + tax for outrageously overpriced parts and less than an hour of work. Go somewhere else.
