Precision came highly recommended by HomeAdvisor and they contacted me almost immediately to see if they could provide the service I needed. The representative was very cordial and professional. We agree on a date and time (next day service) and the technician was responsive to this and called before he arrived. He initially completed a safety and maintenance system check of the entire garage door system. He then discussed his findings with me in an understandable manner pointing out the repairs needed. He then gave me three options on its repair as good, better, and best systems to fit our needs, warranties, and price points. We selected an option and the technician immediately unloaded tools and repair parts he had stocked on his vehicle. In a couple of hours, he had completed the repairs to include new rollers, struts, updated wall panel with temperature and time, wiring, remotes, keypad, and a new 3/4hp opener. Basically, most everything was installed new except the actual door itself. He greased all the parts and tried them out several times as did I. He walked me through each repair part and what it did and covered the great warranties with me. Outstanding personable technician with a great knowledge exceeding my expectations. He ensured I was completely satisfied and then cleaned up all tools, old parts, and boxes/plastic. Left me with a positive experience. Well done Precision!!! You are at the top of my list on new garage doors in the near future P.S. Wife is extremely happy! Happy wife Happy life!

Tech, James was here when he said he would be...even on a Saturday! He inspected the garage door, informed me of what it needed and had it fully repaired in about an hour. Door works great! Will definitely use Precision Door again for our garage door needs and let our neighbors and friends know who to call!

Professional yet personal. On time and checked everything over including the broken spring I called them about. Opted for the second of three cost options and was extremely pleased with their work. Door operates as expected, but is almost silent ... nice bonus!

Shelton gave us excellent service for the broken spring and then installed a new garage door opener. He was engaged on the job for approximately three hours and did an excellent job and cleaned up all the mess. Would gladly recommend Precision and Shelton again to neighbors.

I found Precision on the internet after another Service Company failed to show up at the appointed time. When I called on Saturday, a real live human being answered the phone. James was the technician. He called ahead of time and arrived on time. He did a great job installing the new opener, reprogrammed the new keypad and the button in my van. He explained everything and was very efficient. I will definitely refer you folks!

Chris arrived punctually, as scheduled. He inspected all aspects of my garage door apparatus, showed me the results of his detailed analysys, and I responded with several "fix-it" request, i.e., replacement of springs, pulleys, chains, rollers, and the motor. All parts were on-hand aboard his truck. He immediately set about the complete overhaul of my garage door. He was polite, considerate, showed exceptional acumen, and completed a complex "total rebuild" within two hours. I was totally impressed and extremely satisfied with his professionalism and skill. Chris did a fantastic job repairing our garage door. He is very knowledgeable in what he does and explains what he is doing and why. His drive to do the best job possible is not always seen in other workers, but in him there is no doubt that he wants perfection in what he is doing. It is a shame I won't get to see him for a long time because of how well he did this job.

David and Scott were both very courteous and helpful is solving our problem with the old opener not responding to remote control. After repeated efforts it was necessary to replace to replace the 16-year-old opener with a new unit that was installed in a timely fashion and very professional manner.
