Drew was FANTASTIC. I called for service and he was there within hours. My complete installed was decades old and posed a safety hazard, so he worked well into the evening to get my new products installed and working properly. He was polite, professional and left my garage clean and clear.

The response to the garage door repair request we submitted online was extremely prompt, professional, and effective. The technician was very knowledgeable and experienced; he understood our problems and had all the materials and equipment ready to resolve our situation. Moreover, he was kind, polite, and friendly in his disposition. The repair parts that he installed were of superior quality to those that had to be replaced, although comparatively expensive. However, the extra cost was justifiable, in my opinion, due to the obvious difference in their superior quality.

05-23-2023. Precision Door arrived only 1 1/2 hours after I requested an inspection on my Overhead garage door for the first time ever (New home 19 years ago). Turned out, springs, coils, rollers, and the motor badly needed servicing and/or replacement. Door itself was out of balance. Technician, JON COLEY showed me the extensive wear & tear of grinding metal, and worked tirelessly for 3 straight hours without a break. I cannot thank Jon and Precision Door enough for catching and repairing/replacing what would have soon been a failed garage door. Hardest working technician I have ever experienced in any trade!!

These guys were amazing. Called this morning & they were able to come out this afternoon. Ethan explained the problem with the faulty parts & how the spring actually broke. Showed me my options on replacement parts & got everything installed in a timely fashion ( door to door, 90 min). Would highly recommend this company for any garage door needs!
