The new door looks beautiful and works well. Two shortcomings remain: 1) I have not yet received a receipt for the work done (such is needed for when I eventually sell my property in order to avoid paying more capital gains taxes than necessary upon such an eventuality, and 2) No manual was provided which allows me to program additional openers (such as my Auto's) for service.

Kyle came out yesterday, replaced my springs and bearings, and lubricated my door. He was super polite, very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I was very happy with the service. I can't say for certain, but the prices seem a little high. It was $700 for my service call.

We called three companies Monday morning. One company wanted us to make an appointment with a sales rep, who said he could meet with us the next day. Another company said they could have someone out the next afternoon. We called Precision Door Services at about 9:30, and they said they could have someone out between 10:00 and noon that day. Peter called at about 9:50 and said he would be there a little after 10:00 a.m., and he was there when he promised. We were very impressed with Peter's knowledge and skill. He completed the job in about an hour and a half. I can't give a 5 star rating because the price seemed a little high, slightly less than $1100.00. However, we are very pleased with the new garage door opener. It is much quieter tan out old garage door opener.

We had one of the coil springs break on our garage door and call Precision to do the repair! Shelton Kennedy was our technician and he did a wonderful job in installing the new springs recommending needed repairs and going the extra mile in getting my door adjusted! Good customer service is what I like best about Precision Door service...thank you Shelton for all your hard work!

Pleased with the door and with installers James and Carmichael. Only issue - had ordered a lock for the door and it wasn’t brought at installation today. James assured me he would have it installed late this week (by 6-29) or early next week. I told James that I was going out of town and needed the door locked.

I had both existing garage openers replaced with Liftmaster units with backup battery function. Installation went timely and satisfactorily. However, final cleanup left small pieces of trash and when I asked the installer if he would reprogram the cars for the new openers, his response was disappointing - "I would gladly do it but I am running short on time. But it is easy to do" I reprogrammed one car but the Toyota isn't accepting the new units. Disappointed in that but overall happy with the new equipment. Yes, I would recommend them in the future to family and friends!
