Joshua Freidlund and Lee Kincaid came to my home to troubleshoot why the key pad and remotes would not work. I needed a new operator! I was shocked when they said they would install “right now”! Both gentlemen were very professional and very patient with my questions. I was able to easily set up MyQ app thanks to Joshua! I am so glad I called Precision Garage Door FIRST!

Very happy with Precision Door. Made appt. online on a Saturday night. The tech sent was Shelby. He called 30 min before the appointment window and was there right on time. He is polite, knowledgeable, and fast. He explained everything that needed to be done, and gave me the cost up front. Door has not been this quiet in years. Wife is happy so I'm very happy. Will never call anyone else.

Very prompt service and arrived within time frame promised. Explained what needed to be replaced, cost and maintenance that we needed to do on a yearly basis. I am sorry I don't remember my technician's name - he was friendly, polite and had dark brown hair. Very pleasant.
