They installed our garage door in 2010. No issues until a spring broke 2026. I set up an appt online for the next day. Collin called before our appt time to let us know he was on his way. He did a complete check and then shared options for what needed to be done. He did the repairs and did a terrific job. Very friendly guy.

Very happy with Precision Door. Made appt. online on a Saturday night. The tech sent was Shelby. He called 30 min before the appointment window and was there right on time. He is polite, knowledgeable, and fast. He explained everything that needed to be done, and gave me the cost up front. Door has not been this quiet in years. Wife is happy so I'm very happy. Will never call anyone else.

Very prompt service and arrived within time frame promised. Explained what needed to be replaced, cost and maintenance that we needed to do on a yearly basis. I am sorry I don't remember my technician's name - he was friendly, polite and had dark brown hair. Very pleasant.
