My garage door spring broke and my car was trapped for a couple of days! After contacting other companies, I came across Precision and they had a tech out first thing in the morning. Mackenzie P. replaced my broken spring and added another spring which is standard to have and a replacement bearing! He answered all of my questions and explained all parts/mechanisms including what he changed out for me. I have a better understanding of how everything works. I’ll contact Precision immediately for all my future needs. Highly impressed.

Precision was nice enough to send Taylor out on a Saturday after I called them late Friday night! He was able to completely repair my garage in no time, and even gave me the option to upgrade my cruddy plastic rollers much nicer ones with ball bearings. Now my garage opens with no issues, AND it's much, much quieter! Precision will be my first call if I have door issues in the future.

I called Precision at 9:00am due to a continuing electrical issue with my old opener. The technician was there by 10:45am and installed a new system and was out the door by 12:00. “Pete” was fast, efficient and courteous. In this day of poor service they went above and beyond. I’ve had a problem door for years... it’s been repaired 3-4 times. I was frustrated and just about ready to replace the whole thing. But Taylor came out and completely overhauled it with new springs and rollers and it’s quiet snd smooth now. Great service and I’m on their lifetime warranty plan so I feel like I don’t have to worry about future problems

Installer arrived promptly, checked the motor, and after determining it was not going to ever work again, very courteously and professionally discussed my options, the cost, etc. He did an excellent job, and it's wonderful to no longer have to physically open that door!
