Review:

Originally has a technician out to replace broken door springs in my shop. Excellent service. Since, I found that the original tech accidentally left the spring tension to low to support my door. I called and explained the issue and was told there would be no service charge for the return visit. WELL, there was. $71 to have another very polite tech out the correct the previous techs mistake at my expense. Not my idea of good business but at least the door will stay open now.

I still think the service tech could have replaced just one spring. He insisted I replace both springs, bushings & bearings. The way it was all figured up I knew it was going to be expensive! I asked the tech if Precision was a part of Service Masters Inc. You have to sing all paperwork before he began?

My door works likes its brand new. However, I never got a receipt. How do I get my receipt? I'm suppose to have a ten year warenty but I have no receipt or proof. 5 stars for the work & my door does work like new, but I'm giving 3 stars because I never got a receipt.
