Ethan was timely, friendly and very professional! He quickly after looking at our issue, gave us options and pricing. After deciding on the option that was best for us, he promptly got everything he needed from his truck, completed the fix , went over everything he did, asked if we had any questions. He packed everything up and left everything as he found it. The garage door is fixed and is setup to last a lot longer than if we hadn’t done what he suggested by giving us the options he did. I feel very good about our selection of this company and after having Ethan as our technician I would certainly use them again as well as recommend Ethan and this company !

Wonderful experience! Our technician Drew, was here at the appointed time, very polite and knowledgeable. He gave us the estimate and explained every part of it. Same day service is awesome! Drew fixed our door and had everything cleaned up in no time. This is the second time we’ve used Prevision (on dif doors) and both times we were very pleased.

Drew Farr was very polite and professional. He explained to me what he was going to do. He let me know that he had to order a new keypad for the outside for the garage. he told me it should be here by Wednesday' around the 12th. I will call him when it comes in and he will come back and install it and connect it with the car openers.
