I met Steve and some of his folks a couple of years ago. I knew right off that Steve is a first class person and his people are as well. Tony came out to give us a quote for a new door. The old unit wasn’t installed correctly and it’s 20 years old. Any way Tony is friendly and professional. Quoted me what I needed and nothing more. Precision Door is first Class!

Collin came out the same day as our door malfunction, had replacement parts on the van, and installed them in a reasonable time. He then showed me how all of it worked, helped me with the new settings, and answered my questions. Precision Garage Door Service has always been reliable.

Of course the garage door broke over the weekend. Monday morning bright and early Ethan arrived and diagnosed the problem with an estimate in less than 15 minutes with pictures to show me the damage which was extensive. He installed a new motor assembly plus new springs in less than two hours. Can’t say enough about his professionalism, knowledge and pleasant manner. Plus he put up with my overly friendly dog. I would highly recommend this company. This is my 2nd or 3rd experience and all the technicians have been very knowledgeable.

Called Precision on a Sunday afternoon and talked to their representative. She was very helpful getting us scheduled for Monday. Clay called 30 minutes before our appt as expected.. he wascat our house 10 minutes later... very professional and thorough in explaining our door system and which parts needed replacing... our spring broke was the initial issue. Clay replaced and calibrated the garage door system and had us review and test the door too. His initial estimate was correct when the work was done... Highly recommend Precision Door and Clay!
