Corey was my technician and I thought he did an excellent job. He was thorough in the explanations describing what needed to be done and I don’t think he tried to oversell it to me. I thought the price was fair and we started work. He did everything in a very timely manner. Very professional technician.

They installed our garage door in 2010. No issues until a spring broke 2026. I set up an appt online for the next day. Collin called before our appt time to let us know he was on his way. He did a complete check and then shared options for what needed to be done. He did the repairs and did a terrific job. Very friendly guy.

I wish all companies could run like precision door. I made a appt online for our three garage doors. I received a confirmation almost immediately with a appt time. The technician kept us informed and even arrived early (yay). Kept us informed of all repairs and costs. Precision has earned our business and I will be telling all my friends that need door repairs.

I was very happy that Precision was able to come out early on the morning after calling for help. I purchased and DYI installed a Genie garage door opener. However I had a hard time getting it set up and getting the door to run up and down. Corey took care of the problem within 15 minutes. He also took a good look at the door and made adjustments to make the opening and closing of the door smoother. It is obvious to me that Corey knows how to take care of garage doors and openers. He was very helpful and courteous as well as giving me a lot of things to look for in the future when I am ready to update my old garage door in the next year or two. Thanks Martin Nelson

Precision Door installed two doors for me in January 2026. Thomas did a wonderful job on the installation and clean up. I’ve called one time since then and they came the same day to make a minor adjustment to one door. I’ve always dealt with Thomas and Collin; both very professional and efficient. I couldn’t be happier with my new doors and motors, and, their exceptional service.

He was very helpful in explaining what needed to be done to keep everything in good order. We have been using Precision as our service provider for many years and are pleased with the service and technicians.
