They were recommended to me by a coworker a couple of years back when I started having issues with my garage door and I always kept their number in my back pocket in case I needed it, well today was that day. My garage cables became completely untangled and I was unable to move the door in any way. Tony came to the house early the next morning to the rescue. He was was kind, courteous, professional, quick, and most importantly he fixed our problem. We were already confident that Precision could fix the problem when a couple of years ago they came out to help us with a quick fix, but today Tony took our confidence in the company tona new level. He identified problems that we didn't even know about. Our spring needed tension, the chain was sagging, the garage door was not level. He fixed all of those things in less than an hour and some additional items like the rollers, and all while maintaining friendly conversation and even talking to my 2 year old who was very intrigued by the whole process. We will never use anyone else for our garage door needs so long as we are here.
