Awesome company!! I wasn't even certain they would be able to fix the issue with my garage door, but Keith quickly assured me they could. He was very personable and seemed to truly care about his customers. When he heard my mom and I discussing her chemo schedule, he asked about her health and was very empathetic towards her problems. He and his manager went above and beyond in not costing me any more than absolutely needed to get us access through our garage door again, which is very helpful to my mom, as the step up into the front door is almost too high for her due to her mobility limits. I now know who to recommend the next time someone on the neighborhood FB page asks for recommendations for a garage door company. There are definitely still good people in the world!

Our garage door stopped working. I called office in the afternoon and an hour later the gentleman arrived . He checked everything and explained what the problem was. He installed new garage door opener and some other things pertaining to the opener. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He had everything he needed in his truck which is rare these days, Highly recommend!! He was honest which is rare these days too.

Submitted an email on Sunday afternoon because my garage door had been acting up all weekend. Sometimes it would open by the remote or my car, and sometimes it wouldn't. I checked you tube for solutions but none worked. Within 15 minutes of submitting my email I got a call from Precision and explained my situation. An appointment was made for Monday morning between 8:00 and 11:00 a.m. on Monday morning I received a call approximately 8:30 from Sawyer the precision Tech and told me he was on his way and about when he would arrive. He went through my lift motor, tracks, and track wheels and gave me a complete rundown on my options. I chose a new lift motor as well as replacing some wheels and wheel frames. By 11:00 I am he had installed everything we talked about and it was running smoothly. I would highly recommend this company. Sawyer was excellent in his diagnosis as well as explaining everything it all. He was very polite and professional. Five stars for sure!
