Your technician, Cory is a great representative of your company - he kept us in the loop during the entire service call, he was a consummate professional not to mention an expert in his craft. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Checked door completely and told me everything that needed replacemen t. I agreed with him because the hardware is probably 30 years old. Problem, on a fixed income and couldn't afford the complete repair. Then your tech worked with me to replace what I could afford to make it work again.

I had Precision replace my original install garage doors on my house. The initial survey of the work to be done and options, the removal of the old and installation of the new doors, and the final adjustments all went well. All of the techs sent to work on my install were good people and happy to answer any questions during the process, which I appreciated. If I have any garage door issues in the future I will call them again.

I stupidly paid in advance for a replacement garage door motor, remotes, installation on July 10th. I have called and spoken to someone today (July 14) and also chatted on the website simply asking for an invoice/receipt detailing what the $1485 I spent is for (model # of motor, etc) and breakdown of expenses based on parts, labor, accessories. Both on the phone and in chat I was promised that the invoice/receipt is on its way. I have not received it. I dont have Precision door flagged as spam as I got the email asking me to take this stupid survey, but you cannot give me a receipt or detailed explanation of what I just paid $1500 for? Not happy, plus I have received no updates on the status of my replacement motor which was not in stock. Ready to cancel this entire transaction at this point. Someone who can actually help me and deliver me my invoice while I am still on the phone, please call me ASAP at 501-519-4221. Also I want to apply the $100 coupon on your website for garage door replacement to my bill. How do I get a credit?

Corey did an outstanding job installing my garage door opener. He was very professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. The installation was completed efficiently, and he made sure everything was working properly before he left. He also took the time to explain how to operate the opener and answered all of my questions. I was very impressed with the quality of his work and his attention to detail. If you're looking for someone who is reliable, skilled, and provide excellent customer service, I highly recommend Corey for the job. Pam Woods, APRN Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner

Lightning fried the electronic components that raise and lower my door. Haydn responded in less than 3 hours, analyzed the issue, and provided options for me to consider. In addition, he adjusted the spring and structure which made it so quiet. Precision was taken care of doors for over 10 years, and every experience was timely, thorough, options developed , and making us very pleased.

My spring broke late on a Wednesday night. Got onto the website and was given pricing for potential repair and booked my appointment to have tech come out next day. Received 2 calls before showing up to keep me informed of timing. Came early. Inspected and then discussed repair options. Tech was professional and efficient. Did everything I asked and got my door working again.
