We have used Precision Garage Door Service several times over the years on both of our garage doors. The scheduling is easy and quick, and the service calls are usually within 24 hours. Our technician today, Collin, called ahead to announce his ETA, and the work was completed well within the promised two-hour window. Collin was very knowledgeable, skilled, and thorough in his workmanship. I appreciated his time and patience with my questions along with his explanations of the work to be done and why. I called Precision Door when my garage door wouldn’t open. I made an appointment for the next day in the afternoon. The receptionist very kindly called me later and offered a morning appointment. The technician, Collin, was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He described the inspection he would do and afterwards shared the problem. He showed me the broken spring and described other parts that should be replaced. He also shared the cost of replacing the parts and the total estimate of the repairs. At our previous home, Precision made an 'urgent' service call and installed a garage door opener the next day. This time, after recently purchasing a different home, I realized that we had the loudest, squeakiest, clunkiest garage door in the neighborhood. One call to Precision and they sent out a technician to assess the door. In less than an hour, they completed a safety check, lubricated the hinge points and replaced all the rollers. The service tech not only explained what they had done, they also explained how I should maintain my door (which was SO helpful). Now the door operates smoothly and is much, MUCH quieter. I couldn't be happier with their service! Thanks Precision for making this home owner very happy :)

Late yesterday one of the rollers on our elderly door came off the track, fortunately while the door was up. We called Precision, and they made an appointment to come out first thing this morning. Our technician, Kyle, was very prompt, polite, and knowledgeable. We discussed replacing the door in the future, but there was no pressure to do it now. I would like to give a 5+ rating to the tech Kyle for his talents in getting the garage door opener back in service. Kyle arrived as promised and looked at the garage opener and began to work on the device and then the door began to operate as before. One of things I did learn about this event was that switching different Internet providers does not always agreed with the rest of the device in my home that depend on wireless signals and that the signal does not sometimes remain constant. After switching back to my previous provider everything is working great. I did purchase a surge suppressor for the garage opener because we had a storm that knocked out power to the house. It was a blessing that only the power to the garage was lost until the power came back on. Kyle, thanks for the work that you performed.

Absolutely Superior Service!!!! Briar was very professional, timely and efficient. Late last night the spring on our garage door snapped. I woke up at 5am to request a quote.
