The service technician that came out did a great job. I was most impressed with the fact that he had only been on the job for 6 weeks but seemed to know his way around the whole event. He replaced the tracks, door panels, and main spring unit as well as made adjustments to the whole door assembly ensuring that it closed snuggly. He was very concerned with ensuring that I was satisfied with work and made recommendations without being pushy about it. I am having problems with the remotes, one worked a couple of times while he was there but it might be batteries are dying on both of them. He was very thorough in clean up and courteous.

Excellent customer service!! They replied to me on Christmas Day and had an appointment scheduled the next day. My tech was professional and explained everything!!! I will never use anyone but Precision for garage door issues!!????

Highly recommend! I had replaced rollers myself many times after they kept breaking, but then the door finally went off track and door was stuck closed. Called Precision at 8:30am and they were out and repaired by 12:30 the same day! The door has never run this smoothly and it is so much quieter. I was totally satisfied with Precision. I liked the same day service, the professional employees (Chris was very knowledgeable on the openers and answered all my questions with a complete explanation.) When he finished, the door was working better than when it was new. Would recommend Precision to everyone. A real professional company!
