Aaron was on time if not early for the appointment. Asked about the issues and proceeded to test and verify operation. He discussed our options then provided 3 estimates. He had the opener and hardware on the truck. Installed, adjusted and tested in about an hour or so. Professional technician and business friendly young man. Truck and uniform bore company name/logo.

Precision was able to dispatch a garage door engineer in literally 15 minutes. I had thoroughly researched the issue and how to fix it but did not have the torsion spring winding rods and honestly did not feel like dealing with it. Sawyer was the responding engineer. He was personable, prompt, thorough and professional. He quoted me 3 additional prices due to my door being exceptionally old and it pretty bad shape aside from me hanging it that day. He also gave me the quote for the minimum hung door fix. He explained all of the quotes in detail and what the implications of neglecting those repairs may be while being sincere and genuine. I did not get the feeling it was hyperbole any car salesmen vibes from him. I appreciated his thoroughness. I would have taken him up on one of the offers if I didn't have to just replace an AC unit and re-duct my whole downstairs. Excellent job and massive kudos to my dude Sawyer.

Garage door spring broke on a Friday afternoon. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day, Saturday, at noon. The technician called me Saturday morning and said he was a head of schedule and asked if he could come by early, which I excitedly agreed to. He inspected other aspects of the door as well as the opener to see if anything else needed to be repaired/replaced while he was there. He did great work and had a great attitude. Highly recommended.

Haydn was wonderful. He knew how to fix everything I needed for my garage door. I was so happy he was able to have the remotes I needed. I also liked how he explained some things I would need to be aware in keeping my garage door safe. I’ve put on my list to have the springs replaced in the near future. I am also thinking about upgrading to the system that uses my iPhone to open and close the garage door. Thank you so much for sending Haydn. There were several problems with my large garage door. your repairman found and fixed all of them. I now have a garage door that works as designed. your repairman was very easy to work with.

Corey and his partner who he was training arrived as he said via his phone call. I explained the broken spring problem on the small garage door and Corey worked up various pricing options after they reviewed the entire door. We had them fix the problem and they updated the rollers and the brackets to the lifetime status to correct any other safety issue with the door. Cost was more than I had hoped but we got more fixed then just the spring. Work was completed in about an hour or so. We have had Precision out a few times over the years to put in our openers and fix the large door spring so work is done well. Only issue was Corey gave us a quoted number with a $25.00 senior discount and when I got the final number for the check that discount wasn't included and I didn't catch it because we didn't get the invoice until it was emailed that night. I called the office the next day and they corrected the issue and the young lady said we should receive a $25.00 check in 4-6 business days. This is just a small amount but every little bit helps when you're retired. Thanks guys for a good job and the door is working great. Definitely would recommend them.

I went to leave on Saturday and discovered the garage door would not open. Precision has emergency service and a technician came in the afternoon. Although he has to order parts, he manually lifted the door so we could back our cars out and not have them trapped in the garage for several days. I was impressed by the PO prompt and thoughtful service from Precision.

First time with this company had issues with my garage door, scheduled an appointment and a tech named Bryan came out and looked over everything and gave me different option plans with prices that fit my budget. He was very polite and respectful of my home. He didn't push extra services or the most expensive option. He explained everything during the entire process and answered my questions.
