I called Precision due to our garage door messing up. I was able to call, make an appt and they came out the same day. The receptionist was great in making my appointment and our technician Ethan came out and he was great from the time he called and said he was on the way. We were so impressed by Ethan, our service technician. He was courteous, knowledgeable friendly and polite. My husband also commented that he can’t imagine the experience being any better. It was also really easy to book an appointment online which was very convenient . Everything is working correctly now, no problems at all. Ethan also called us before he came and he actually arrived a little bit early, which was perfect!
