Precision Garage Door Service is a super company. Mine was a one day event. Door broke, I called them, about 3 hours later the repair professional arrived, about an hour and a half later he was finished and the door is perfect. Briar Cleland did a great job finding, estimating, and completing the replacement of my overhead door. Thank you to all of you for your great service.

My garage door wouldn’t open fully with an electric opener or by hand. I have a voice issue that makes it almost impossible to talk on the phone, so I was thrilled when I saw I could schedule the service online. Sawyer thoroughly inspected the door, the rails, the wheels, and all of the other components that have to work correctly. He prepared several estimates starting with the bare minimum all the way up to replacing the entire door (mine had a couple small cracks). I made the choice I thought best and could afford, and he quickly had the door balanced. I can now raise it with one hand, and it stops where it should. He arrived on time, appeared knowledgeable and professional, and finished in a timely manner. This is the second time Precision has worked on my door. The first time was about 15 years ago. Clearly, they perform quality work. It’s not cheap by any means (what is these days?), but it’s money well spent.

Briar is an awesome technician. Briar called to let me know he was on his way. After the introductions were completed, my daughter and I showed Briar the garage door and that’s when Briar said he needed to perform an inspection. After the inspection was completed, Briar explained to us what the problem was and what needed to happen. Briar showed us the parts that were needed and what he needed to. The most interesting part was Briar had a scale that measures a garage door and we learned that the garage door was set up wrong. However when the work was completed the garage door works great and it is quiet going up and down. Briar gets 10+Star rating for knowledge, customer service and satisfaction and job well done.

An appointment was very easy to obtain(Monday). Sawyer called ahead and arrived early for our appointment. He was knowledgeable, professional, respectful, and clearly reviewed our options. Precision was fantastic to deal with. I discovered my garage door spring was broken early in the morning. Placed an early morning phone call and they have 24 hour service so they answered the phone. They dispatched someone to come out that morning and repaired our door. Excellent service, very prompt. Courteous employees. Highly recommend.
