Were informed today of a repair they recommended related to the install of our garage door that was done about 5 years ago. Precision has been out multiple times to service our garage door since the install and I had pointed out the item on a couple of occasions and was told it wasn’t a problem. Now it suddenly is to the tune of $600+. And I can promise nothing has changed related to said item in recent years. Either a case of very poor inspections in the past or a cash grab now. Either way we are done being long-time loyal customers of Precision and will be passing along our experience to our neighborhood Facebook page of 1,000 people.

Clay was very professional and went right to work. He was quick to give me 2 quotes on my garage door. After the quotes he got busy fixing my door. Precision saved the day. 24 hour service on my garage door just before my big Christmas party. Not only did they fix the problem on one door, but accessed and made recommendations to take care of an eventually more serious wear and tear on the other door. The installer was very professional, polite and informative about what the issues were. Never knew that a garage needs to be maintained periodically. I have definitely found a jewel!!!

Precision Door replaced a garage door for me back in March. Over the weekend the garage would go up after being closed with no activations from the remote or wall fixture. Contacted Precision Door just after 8:00 am and before 10:00 am I had a technician out to service the garage opener. The technician found the issue made the fix and had me back in normal operations. Awesome customer service and Awesome technician experience!!
