I was impressed with this company. They showed up on time, they knew what they were talking about and they fixed my door at an affordable rate. They also gave me more information about the potential needs of the door in the future - without being pushy about it. And, they did this on a Saturday which was convenient for me. Chris was awesome. The service call happened less than 15 minutes after I called. I can't get over how professional the whole process was and I love the fact that they have photos of their techs on the website and there was no surprises in who would show up. My experience with Precision was extremely satisfactory from beginning to end. The first contact phone call reassured me that my needs were understood to be urgent. I was given an appointment time within hours of my call, the staff stayed in touch with me, and the technician came out on time. He was professional, pleasant and efficient and did not belabor the extent of the problem. He explained what he was going to do and got my okay to proceed. He explained the bill to me and answered all my questions. He got the door to function. I wish all technicians would treat customers with as much respect as the Precision staff did. My garage door is fixed. The charge was reasonable, and I am a happy customer. I will return to Precision if I have any future garage door problems. Job well done!
