Alex did an excellent job replacing the broken springs on our garage door. I received a call from Alex when he was about 20 minutes away. I've used another company for years, but decided to try Precision because of the quality of springs they advertise. The previous springs installed by a different company only lasted a few years. Alex was very thorough and explained various garage door components, maintenance recommendations, and warranty options. Alex recommended a bearing be replaced on the spring mount, which I opted to have done. Alex was very professional and I was extremely pleased with the service provided. Although the service cost were higher than my previous company, I believe in the long run, paying for higher quality springs will save us money. Sometimes you get what you pay for and I believe this may be true for garage door springs. They even offer a 5% military discount, up to 25.00. Thank you, Merry CHRISTmas, and Happy New Year!

Prompt arrival, thorough diagnosis of the problem. Stacy was very profession and offered several options that he had for replacing our opener. He also conducted an inspection of our door and recommended changing out the rollers on the door. I also had him install a new seal on the bottom of my garage door. All installation was performed in a timely manner. Couldn't have asked for a better technician! Great Job!

The service technician that came out did a great job. I was most impressed with the fact that he had only been on the job for 6 weeks but seemed to know his way around the whole event. He replaced the tracks, door panels, and main spring unit as well as made adjustments to the whole door assembly ensuring that it closed snuggly. He was very concerned with ensuring that I was satisfied with work and made recommendations without being pushy about it. I am having problems with the remotes, one worked a couple of times while he was there but it might be batteries are dying on both of them. He was very thorough in clean up and courteous.

We called Precision Door yesterday morning, and the service repair man was here in the early afternoon. He was very nice and assessed our garage door problem quickly and it's like having a new door now. He felt he could repair it along with adding a new motor versus having to purchase a new door which would have been much more expensive. We would highly recommend Precision.

Although I still don't agree with being charged for my initial call for repair to my garage unit that is still covered by warranty, I did find the follow up service and installation of the faulty circuit board excellent along with being covered by the warranty. I guess the warranty will pay for a service call as long as a part needs to be replaced.
