We called Precision Door Service on 1/9 (Friday) and they came out to our house on 1/10 (Saturday). They gave us a quote and said they could come at 2pm on 1/13 to install a new garage door. They arrived on time and installed the garage door. They are prompt, professional, and very skilled at what they do.

My technician was wonderful. He called and ask if he could come an hour earlier than our scheduled time of 6 to 8. He really knew what he was doing. He replaced the bad spring very quickly. He also took extra time to spray the rollers on both of our doors. The one he replaced the springs on and our single door. Very pleased with the service.

We called to have a spring repaired, but it turned out that the whole door was damaged and had to be replaced. Our technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. He did an excellent job of explaining all of our options and the difference in quality levels. 4 days later and we have a new door that gives our house a whole new look. Overall extremely pleased with the service from Precision Door.

First, I was impressed with the young lady I made the appt with. She was super nice and very professional. Even set me up with appt in one day. Also, my appt was between 4-6pm. The gentleman called me at exactly @3:58 to let me know he was on his way. He also impressed me because he was so young and knowledgeable. Anybody who shakes my hand (like they use to back in the day) is a keeper. Believe me, it's very hard to find quality people that KNOW how to deal with the public. Those two are very much appreciated. Sorry I can't remember their names.

5 stars. Quick response, called at 9:00 AM on Friday, tech came at 10:15 and 1.5 hrs later left. The technician was Very professional, replaced springs and rollers and inspected all parts. Nice young man who is also in the National Guard! Got a veterans discount as well. I recommend!
