A little after 9am I went to open our garage door. About half way up the door CRASHED down. The spring broke. I called Precision and they had someone to our house just after 10am. Shelton was very polite and explained the situation and what he would be doing to get our door operational again. We have 2 doors of the same age so we decided to replace springs on both and the cables on one door that had minor fraying. Before noon Shelton was finished.

I still think the service tech could have replaced just one spring. He insisted I replace both springs, bushings & bearings. The way it was all figured up I knew it was going to be expensive! I asked the tech if Precision was a part of Service Masters Inc. You have to sing all paperwork before he began?

I have to say so far, I have been very impressed with the service I received. James was professional and quick. The price was reasonable to fix two springs, and he also apparently put in new rollers and fixed the metal trim for no extra charge. I had been worried, but my mind was put at ease. He was a God-send! 5 stars!

The tech came the next day. He was on time and nice. I told him the problem and he said "worst case will be a new motor". I thought - I have to buy a new motor. However, it turned out that the motor just needed some calibration. No new motor needed! Thank you for being honest.

We have been customers for several years. We called to have the door serviced. It had not been serviced for three years and was noisy opening and closing. James has serviced our door before. He said the door needed to be braced due to age related normal wear and tear. They made needed repairs, braced and lubricated as needed leaving it sounding almost good as new. Very professional, excellent work. I highly recommend Precision and employees.

First of all, let me say that I thought the work was fine. The technician seemed very knowledgeable and friendly. The reason I'm giving you two stars is for the overall sales experience. I do not like 25 point inspections. I like when repairmen fix the problem, not give me failing grades on parts or perceived issues that I did not call them to repair. This makes businesses always ook as if they are looking for an upsell not looking out for the customer. . I also thought that your pricing was bit high.
