My whole experience from the time a representative made an appointment to the very professional service man ( Shelton Kennedy ) was a 5 Star experience . I had no idea of what was needed to repair my garage door that was damaged from accidentally closing on my car . Human error. Shelton very thoroughly examined the entire door and operating system explaining ever aspect of the damage and the options for repair or replacement. I had multiple questions which he answered with great confidence and made me feel that my decision to purchase a new door and appropriate new railing operating system was the best decision for resolving my issue. Shelton did a great job. Came on time and installed new springs. While testing the springs the opener motor started smoking, installed a new opener. Glad he had everything on the truck he needed.

I found Precision on the internet after another Service Company failed to show up at the appointed time. When I called on Saturday, a real live human being answered the phone. James was the technician. He called ahead of time and arrived on time. He did a great job installing the new opener, reprogrammed the new keypad and the button in my van. He explained everything and was very efficient. I will definitely refer you folks!

A little after 9am I went to open our garage door. About half way up the door CRASHED down. The spring broke. I called Precision and they had someone to our house just after 10am. Shelton was very polite and explained the situation and what he would be doing to get our door operational again. We have 2 doors of the same age so we decided to replace springs on both and the cables on one door that had minor fraying. Before noon Shelton was finished.

I still think the service tech could have replaced just one spring. He insisted I replace both springs, bushings & bearings. The way it was all figured up I knew it was going to be expensive! I asked the tech if Precision was a part of Service Masters Inc. You have to sing all paperwork before he began?
