The young man (I believe his name was Kelvin) that serviced my garage door was knowledgeable, professional and polite. The repairs (new springs) fixed the problem. I was able to speak to a live person on a Sunday to schedule the repair for Monday and that was a plus.

New installed garage door. After a slow start the process went smoothly and professionally. As I was curious, Chris was both personable and professional in explaining what he was doing and why. I recommend both precision Door and Chris. I was drawn to Precision as you having an up-to-date, professional looking website and that was a good indicator that I wasn't looking at a low-budget, fly-by-night operation. As such, I could expect the product and the service to be equally professional.

My daughter had previously used your company when her garage door jumped the track on a Sunday morning. You sent repair technicians out to fix it within an hour. When my door did the same thing my daughter again called your company. An appointment was set for 1.5 hours from the time of the call. A rebuild kit was installed on the existing doors. Thank you for your quick response.

They were very professional and courteous. Even though they installed a door I had purchased at Lowes they did an excellent job ! I will recommend anyone to Precision Door Service to everyone but I will also let them know to not purchase a door first !

They also gave me more information about the potential needs of the door in the future - without being pushy about it. And, they did this on a Saturday which was convenient for me.
