I've used them twice at my old home and now my new home and received excellent service both times. Don't know if it was my luck day or what but the last tech (Alex) showed up the same day to fix a minor repair/adjustment. Very knowledgeable. And was gone before my wife got home. I chose Precision for my garage door needs not only because of the convincing advertisement in yellow pages but because I have used their services in the past. I am well pleased with services rendered by my assigned technician, Stacy. He was very timely and very clearly explained to me his observations, repairs, recommendations and options. He did not try to force me to make a choice. His recommendation however, supported my thought, installing a new garage door. I am looking forward to an excellent job being done on the installation.
