James is awsome! My appointment was between 8-10 a.m., he called me at 7:50 to inform me that he was 10 minutes away and showed up exactly at 8. He quickly diagnosed my garage door, replaced my door springs (under warranty), adjusted the pulleys/cables, and adjusted/programmed the door opener so that it closed just right. He asked me the best time for his arrival to inspect the damage and provide an estimate. He arrived soon afterward, inspected the damage, and presented an estimate. Called our problem in and repair person was here within an hour. We had been locked out of our house because the overhead door would not open (and it was hot outside). Repair and replacement of parts took place immediately...all parts were on truck...no ordering...no waiting. Repair person explained things thoroughly, did not waste time and was friendly and pleasant. We also like the 10-year warranty. 5 Star Rating from us.
