Called our problem in and repair person was here within an hour. We had been locked out of our house because the overhead door would not open (and it was hot outside). Repair and replacement of parts took place immediately...all parts were on truck...no ordering...no waiting. Repair person explained things thoroughly, did not waste time and was friendly and pleasant. We also like the 10-year warranty. 5 Star Rating from us.

The technician, James, called and arrived at the front of the appointment window. He professionally evaluated the components of the door and made very specific and appropriate repair recommendations. He provided explanations to all questions regarding the problem and the repair. Repair was completed within the time estimated and at cost quoted.

Highly recommend! I had replaced rollers myself many times after they kept breaking, but then the door finally went off track and door was stuck closed. Called Precision at 8:30am and they were out and repaired by 12:30 the same day! The door has never run this smoothly and it is so much quieter. Same day service as promised. Technician knowledgeable and congenial. He not only performed the service, I appreciated information he gave me about garage doors. Also, he pointed out something that was getting worn and I realized it was the cause of some screeching noises. He explained that the rollers would eventually need replacement. There was no pressure to do it immediately. Here again he gave me information so I could make my own informed decision. I would highly recommend the company and the technician and his assistant.

5 stars. Quick response, called at 9:00 AM on Friday, tech came at 10:15 and 1.5 hrs later left. The technician was Very professional, replaced springs and rollers and inspected all parts. Nice young man who is also in the National Guard! Got a veterans discount as well. I recommend!
