James is awsome! My appointment was between 8-10 a.m., he called me at 7:50 to inform me that he was 10 minutes away and showed up exactly at 8. He quickly diagnosed my garage door, replaced my door springs (under warranty), adjusted the pulleys/cables, and adjusted/programmed the door opener so that it closed just right.
