Wow, what great customer service. I called this morning to get on the list for a service call and the guys were here earlier than promised. Another good job well done; beginning with an advance email and 20 min phone call before on-time arrival. Work included some minor reprogramming and the replacement of all rollers on two doors. James is awsome! My appointment was between 8-10 a.m., he called me at 7:50 to inform me that he was 10 minutes away and showed up exactly at 8. He quickly diagnosed my garage door, replaced my door springs (under warranty), adjusted the pulleys/cables, and adjusted/programmed the door opener so that it closed just right. Thank you for your professionalism and job well done! Will definately use you guys again.
