I found Precision on the internet after another Service Company failed to show up at the appointed time. When I called on Saturday, a real live human being answered the phone. James was the technician. He called ahead of time and arrived on time. He did a great job installing the new opener, reprogrammed the new keypad and the button in my van. He explained everything and was very efficient. I will definitely refer you folks!

I have to say so far, I have been very impressed with the service I received. James was professional and quick. The price was reasonable to fix two springs, and he also apparently put in new rollers and fixed the metal trim for no extra charge. I had been worried, but my mind was put at ease. We have been customers for several years. We called to have the door serviced. It had not been serviced for three years and was noisy opening and closing. James has serviced our door before. He said the door needed to be braced due to age related normal wear and tear. They made needed repairs, braced and lubricated as needed leaving it sounding almost good as new. Very professional, excellent work. I highly recommend Precision and employees.

Your people were able to come on the same day but were here for a very short time. I felt that the charges for the repair were very high and should I need repairs in the future, I will probably call another vendor even if they can't come on that same day. Charges over $400 for this repair seemed excessive.

We were very thankful for Precision today! Our garage door wouldn't open, and I needed to leave the house to make an appointment. I called Precision, and in 30 minutes, James was at our door. He analyzed the problem quickly and got to work replacing the broken parts. Fortunately, we had purchased the highest quality warranty when Precision installed the door three years ago, and so the parts were covered by that warranty. We hope we don't have to call on Precision again anytime soon, but we are always happy to know their help is just a phone call away.

The service performed was a simple analysis of why our remotes (3, counting the one in the car) were not working. The lock was engaged. I had no idea. They were on time and efficient. Everything was fixed within 10 minutes. Their rates are reasonable.

Janes was so kind and patient with me. When he realized the ordered part would not work, he had the correct equipment to install on site so that I would have a properly working garage door. I love how after I had paid for the part they used that amount to go towards the new garage motor that I ended up having to buy. It made me feel good because they were honest and not trying to get over on me as a customer.

James assured me he would have it installed late this week (by 6-29) or early next week. I told James that I was going out of town and needed the door locked.
