First of all, let me say that I thought the work was fine. The technician seemed very knowledgeable and friendly. The reason I'm giving you two stars is for the overall sales experience. I do not like 25 point inspections. I like when repairmen fix the problem, not give me failing grades on parts or perceived issues that I did not call them to repair. This makes businesses always ook as if they are looking for an upsell not looking out for the customer. . I also thought that your pricing was bit high.

Your people were able to come on the same day but were here for a very short time. I felt that the charges for the repair were very high and should I need repairs in the future, I will probably call another vendor even if they can't come on that same day. Charges over $400 for this repair seemed excessive.

Five star service!! The technicians were on time, friendly, professional in manner and dress. Best of all they repaired my noisy door for the price they quoted to me. My house is on the market and this was what was bothering me--whether I could afford it, whether they could repair it soon as my "inspection" is coming up. They explained to me what caused the noise and what caused it to be sensitive when we used the inside button. I was completely satisfied with Precision Door Service.

The installation was very quick. The young man did an excellent job. The new LiftMaster opener is outstanding. It is quiet in operation and has many convenient functions. I would recommend Precision Overhead Door and the LiftMaster product to everyone. I am completely satisfied with the equipment and installation. It was a smart addition to our home.

The technician quickly diagnosed the problem with the opener and repaired it. He also tightened the spring and recommended that I use a surge protector for the opener. All that completed in less than an hour!
