We were very thankful for Precision today! Our garage door wouldn't open, and I needed to leave the house to make an appointment. I called Precision, and in 30 minutes, James was at our door. He analyzed the problem quickly and got to work replacing the broken parts. Fortunately, we had purchased the highest quality warranty when Precision installed the door three years ago, and so the parts were covered by that warranty. We hope we don't have to call on Precision again anytime soon, but we are always happy to know their help is just a phone call away.

Service was great and technician was knowledgeable and polite, but the total cost of torsion spring replacement was over three times what was originally estimated. No issues with the service, but felt a little ripped off after getting such a lowball estimate.

Precision Door replaced our two garage doors several years ago, and we were very pleased with the quality of the service. We called Precision Door, again, when the motor malfunctioned.

Probably the worst service experience ever. Technician was a nice young man, but didn't have the skill or spare parts to repair my opener. Supervisor James reported that 2 hours labor would be required to change the trolley mechanism, and owner Steve said it was sending good money after bad to repair the unit. Recommended replacement with new. Harmon Overhead Door replaced the trolley mechanism the next day, serviced and lubed both doors, and charged $50 for the part, and took about 30 minutes labor. Not the 2 hours reported by James. Will call Harmon first next time.

I had my 2 garage door chain drive openers replaced with the 8550W belt drives. They are much quieter and I'm pleased. The installers were friendly and informative and installed the motors and tracks fairly quick.

Wow, what great customer service. I called this morning to get on the list for a service call and the guys were here earlier than promised. Same day service. Technician arrived on time and was professional and knowledgeable. I chose to replace all the rollers and door seal, but was not pressured to do so.
