Alex was prompt, courteous, and very helpful in fixing my garage door issue. Same day service- reasonable price, can’t ask for anything more. Finally fixed the problem instead of the bandaids I’ve been trying the last couple of years. Should have called sooner is my only regret.

The spring broke on our garage door. Taylor was the technician who fixed it for us on a Saturday. He was knowledgeable, polite, explained his work, and was very focused on customer service. He replaced the parts and even fixed another issue with the door not opening high enough while he was there. So glad Precision and Taylor were there to help on a weekend. I have not used Precision prior to this but will use them from now on.

Our request for repair service for our garage door was met with professionalism from the request for service to the excellent repair work. Same day service, professional appearance of James, the technician, and equally professional analysis of the problem, and speedy, total repair - what more could be expected? Outstanding and certainly lived up to the company’s reputation.
