I’ve had a problem door for years... it’s been repaired 3-4 times. I was frustrated and just about ready to replace the whole thing. But Taylor came out and completely overhauled it with new springs and rollers and it’s quiet snd smooth now. Great service and I’m on their lifetime warranty plan so I feel like I don’t have to worry about future problems

Tech, James was here when he said he would be...even on a Saturday! He inspected the garage door, informed me of what it needed and had it fully repaired in about an hour. Door works great! The spring broke on our garage door. Taylor was the technician who fixed it for us on a Saturday. He was knowledgeable, polite, explained his work, and was very focused on customer service. He replaced the parts and even fixed another issue with the door not opening high enough while he was there. So glad Precision and Taylor were there to help on a weekend. I have not used Precision prior to this but will use them from now on.
