Called our problem in and repair person was here within an hour. We had been locked out of our house because the overhead door would not open (and it was hot outside). Repair and replacement of parts took place immediately...all parts were on truck...no ordering...no waiting. Repair person explained things thoroughly, did not waste time and was friendly and pleasant. We also like the 10-year warranty. 5 Star Rating from us.

I've used them twice at my old home and now my new home and received excellent service both times. Don't know if it was my luck day or what but the last tech (Alex) showed up the same day to fix a minor repair/adjustment. Very knowledgeable. And was gone before my wife got home. She thinks i fixed it. I will tell her soon....one day. I definitely recommend Precision. I should have called sooner!

My first call to Precision Door Service sought the nature of damage. Very soon after that brief conversation, I received a call from a service man. He asked me the best time for his arrival to inspect the damage and provide an estimate. He arrived soon afterward, inspected the damage, and presented an estimate. I agreed; he left my home assuring me that he would promptly begin and finish work.
