You saved me hours of anxiety. Thank You. Even it was a minor problem, your rep. came and explained what happened. He did a routine exam of the system and suggested what might be done for future care.

The service technician was friendly and professional. He took the time to explain things about my old operator. I have placed getting a new operator on my list. I will definitely be calling precision when I’m ready to replace. The technician’s name is James. Great customer service skills.

I appreciated the Saturday hours and the advance email with photos so I would not be opening the door to an unknown person. Alex, the technician, didn’t even laugh at me when it was an easy fix, and did the full inspection of both doors so that I would feel better about the call :)

Extremely pleased. Great service. Efficient service. Accurate repair. Fantastic customer service. Taylor was outstanding. You’ll do well to make every hire like him. His communication in arrival time, before, during and in the payment process of the repair was clear and professional. The service is a orth the money. Also, the lady I spoke to initially reaching about the door was equally as kind and courteous. I’ll recommend to anyone.

I’ve had a problem door for years... it’s been repaired 3-4 times. I was frustrated and just about ready to replace the whole thing. But Taylor came out and completely overhauled it with new springs and rollers and it’s quiet snd smooth now. Great service and I’m on their lifetime warranty plan so I feel like I don’t have to worry about future problems
