Garage door springs had broken on a Friday evening I called 3 times Fri, Sat and Monday and I could not get the original installer onsite for 2 more days to repair my 5 yr old garage door they installed. A Royal pain! I called Precision on Monday morning and they had someone onsite within an hour! Alex the service tech was great! Courteous and Professional! He quickly diagnosed the issue and provided an accurate quote to fix my door. He had it all fixed and working great in just a little bit. Outstanding service! Garage door springs should easily last 7-15 years if installed correctly! I will use Precision going forward for any of my Garage Door needs!

Forgot I had a warranty from 10 years ago. Spring broke late yesterday. I called at 4:30 pm. Taylor, personable young service guy showed up at 8:30am and fixed by 9:45am. Warranty covered, just paid a service fee!

Excellent service from a great Precision tech named Drew. He was very thorough checking out the garage door problem and then explaining how it could be repaired. Drew is the kind of tech a company is proud to have representing them. He was very respectful and patient with the customers questions. Great service. When I called for my garage door springs to fixed they came out whiten a couple of hours. Pete the service guy did an inspection on the door and found some of the rollers where bad. He replaced the damaged springs and rollers and had my garage door working again an bout an hour.
