Originally has a technician out to replace broken door springs in my shop. Excellent service. Since, I found that the original tech accidentally left the spring tension to low to support my door. I called and explained the issue and was told there would be no service charge for the return visit. WELL, there was. $71 to have another very polite tech out the correct the previous techs mistake at my expense. Not my idea of good business but at least the door will stay open now.

A lightning storm damaged my garage door opener. I called Precision at 8:45 am and the woman answering the phone was so polite and helpful. Their technician Jim arrived at my home just before 10:00 am that same morning. Jim was great! He figured out the problem right away and all repairs were made by 12:30 pm.
