Contacted Precision based on a friend’s recommendation. I am glad I did! Called Thursday morning around 9 am. Appointment was set for Thursday afternoon. The technician, James, was prompt and courteous. We had a fully functional garage door in less than an hour. He also performed some much needed maintenance. The warranty can’t be beat. They gave me a quote and went to work replacing our noisy chain driven garage openers to the house with much quieter belt driven and installed the chain driven on the shop. It was Saturday morning and we were getting ready to head to northeast arkansas to visit family for the holiday weekend. After my husband parked in the garage and entered the house, he heard a loud sound. The spring and cable for the garage door had broken in two! We couldn’t open the garage door. Our normal garage door company was closed and didn’t have anyone on call. In desperation, I called Precision. Not only were they able to schedule an after hours service call (for a few, of course), the technician arrived early! He had the door fixed and in better than working order in about 45 minutes. He recommended that we have an inspection once a year to avoid future problems. We’ll definitely be using Precision again!
